I would like to run a report looking at MQLs to SQLs.
MQLs are defined as memembers of a certain list and SQLs are defined as when the contact is associated with a deal and the SQL property is checked. Is there a way to run this report? Please let me know!
If you want to look at the conversion rate between MQL and SQL, then you really need to align on HubSpot's built-in lifecycle stage property and the MQL and SQL stages within. You can then create a custom funnel report to show you the conversation rate from one stage to the next.
You will however need to change the default behaviour that makes the Lifecycle stage equal to opportunity when the contact is associated with a deal. This can be configured in your contact object > lifecycle stage settings:
Thanks for the response! I have made some changes and now the SQL lifecycle stage is set when a deal is created. Is there a way for the MQL lifecycle stage to be set when a contact is added to a list?
