List-Based Report Missing Data

Hi there,

I have created a report in HubSpot that is based on Deals. I have created a separate list with all of the correct criteria to use as a filter, but when I apply this list membership filter in the report, it is only pulling 4 out of 5 of the deals. I have no other filters set. Does anyone know why it’s not pulling all 5 that show in the list?

Note that I’ve also tried applying the list filters directly to the report and it still only displays 4 of 5 records.

@Linah4 thank you - how exactly do you notice that there is a discrepancy? Can you confirm that the only and primary data source in the report is deals?

Well, I think you solved it!! Haha, I had Contacts as the primary data source and the secondary being Deals. I changed the primary to Deals and it works! Thank you so much!
