We are a real estate investment company and one of our lead status is "made offer." Is there a way to track in reporting how many contacts were changed to this status each week and per agent?
I am following up on my leads and have used the Lifecycle stage until now, but I want to start using the Lead Status to understand the contact status regarding interaction with me, particularly email replies, which for me are connected leads.
I want to add to my dashboard a comparison between the lifecycle stage of the leads and lead status, so I can have a better picture of the effectiveness of our emails.
I do not understand how to create the report. Maybe you can assist me?
