Lead Dropoff Percentage

SOLVE

Hello,

I'm looking to create a report that shows the average percent, each day over a 7 day period, of leads who do have not yet become MQLs.

For example, we'd be able to see, on average, the percent of total leads that have not yet converted on day 3 or day 5.

I tried setting something up with a calculated property between "became a lead date" and a custom "today's date" property but wasn't having any luck.

Let me know if this is something you'd seen/done before please!

Thanks in advance

Justin

Hi @justinlu  and thanks for the tag @BérangèreL,

I've had a play around with the situation above and I would suggest a workflow that increments a custom property every day that it's not qualified. This would then let you know the conversion timeframe for your leads, allowing you to get the average as mentioned.

The workflow can be created by creating a custom number property to represent the number of days since lead creation and if you don't have the property already, a property that represents if it's been converted to a MQL.

The workflow then can be set up as follows:

_______________________
Workflow Trigger:

New Date Property has not been updated in the last day (Re-enrollement on)

AND

MQL = False

_______________________

--1. Branch--

_______________________

If MQL = False

_______________________

--1. Branch--

_______________________

If MQL = True

_______________________

___________|___________

Increase Custom Date Property by 1.
