Last meeting

Résolue

Hi

In a report, I'd like to provide an overview of all contacts linked to an account, including the date of the last meeting and the name of the meeting. The first part I manage, but I struggle to find a solution that allows me to display the latest meeting name. If I use the property meeting name it does not shows me the meeting name of the last meeting.

Does anyone have a simple workaround/solution?

Thanks in advance!

Nils

Hi @NTemmerman,

As far as I know, this is not possible out of the box. HubSpot reports don't have a concept of "first" or "last" – you can either display all associated meetings (and sort them by date, having the latest at the top), filter by date range (e.g. last 30 days), but you cannot specify that you only want to show the last meeting.

If you want that, you would have to create additional fields and automation, namely a contact property for the last meeting name and last meeting date, populated by a workflow. Once the information exists in a contact field, you can easily include it in a report.
