Issue with Displaying Updated Deal Stages in Reporting Dashboard

Hello HubSpot Community,

I'm experiencing a challenge with the deal stage reporting on my dashboard and seeking some advice or insights. Despite creating deals and meticulously updating each one according to our defined stages, the reporting tool only displays the first stage, 'Conversation Started'.

Here are some details:

• All deals are correctly assigned to their respective stages within the CRM.
• There are no active filters set that could potentially hide other stages in my reports.
• The issue persists even after checking for proper synchronization and logging in multiple times.

The screenshots attached show the discrepancy between the ideal setup and the dashboard report. It's crucial for our team to track the progression of each deal accurately for performance assessments.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Do you have any suggestions on what might be going wrong or steps I could take to resolve it?

Hi @GSonyak 

In your funnel report settings there is a setting to switch from "been through all" or "been through any" stage.

You have selected all which means of either contacts or deals have not gone through all the stages you selected for your report they won't show up.

Thank you for your advice on the funnel report settings. Unfortunately, we are currently using the free version of HubSpot, which doesn't provide the option to adjust between "been through all" or "been through any" stages in the reports.

I appreciate your help, and it's good to know about this feature for future reference!
