Infos not synced

Hi,

I see a list of contacts which a colleague has added few days back. In the meantime he made lots of changes and added new ones, but I still only see old content. He his admin and I am Superadmin.

How do I see latest updates?

Hi @Andre_5F,

 

You can try a hard refresh (shift + refresh), but if that doesn't work, clearing cache may.

 

If that doesn't work potentially you are looking at different contacts or in a different portal by mistake? It would be very odd for contact details to not update over the course of a few days, regardless of admin/super-admin access.

Hi Josh,

 

thanks for you reply. Unfortunately we still not see it. Basically only the user itself sees it, none other user or superadmin does see the latest changes. We checked all people have all settings and rights and I thought superadmin should see all anyway?

 

Do you have another idea?
