Inactive (Deal) cards - take into consideration scheduled meetings
Right now the Deal cards Records will appear inactive after a set amount of time has passed without a logged note, call, email, chat or task. But if a meeting is scheduled with the potential client that card should not be inactive.
Is there a way to make sure cards do not get grayed out if a meeting is scheduled?
I double-checked and it seems to be expected behavior at this time. However, I completely see how it would be useful for you and other users. I'd really recommend posting an Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this. That way other users can upvote it, and the Product Team regularly monitors the Forum.
