I got constant error messages when I try to set-up a revenue goal.

Below is the message wach time I try to set-up a revenue goal.
"There was an error when saving goals Exit wizard and try again. Contact support if this keeps happening. "
I contacted supoort and followed their recommendations below. But it is still giving same error message.
1. Check for required fields: Make sure you have entered all the required information for your revenue goals. Look for any fields marked with an asterisk (*) and ensure they have been filled in correctly.
2. Validate your input: Double-check the values you entered for your revenue goals. Make sure they are in the correct format and meet any specific criteria or limitations set by HubSpot.
3. Clear cache and cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve temporary issues. After clearing your cache, try saving your revenue goals again.
4. Check your internet connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. If your connection is weak or intermittent, it could be causing issues while saving.

So I "solved" it, but not in a way any one is going to like to hear: I upgraded to the CRM Suite Starter for $20/month. I finally decided I needed it for a few reasons, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back.
The moment I activiated the upgrade, I went to check if I could set a revenue goal -- and I could! Wild it's actually the only goal it looks like I can set, though.
Thinking HubSpot needs to either allow free users to use the revenue goal, or at the very least show that it's an upgrade feature with the lock icon, like the other goals.

Came to the Community support as this happened to me as well and I have yet to be able to resolve. Also been on free version for over 5 years and also still see Revenue as the singular goal that a free account can use.

I'm now having the exact same thing happen (I've also been on the free plan forever). Yes, "Revenue" is in fact showing as something I can access with the free account, the only one NOT saying "Upgrade to set goal."
could it be that you have recently downgraded to the Free version. If so, goals wouldn't be available to you anymore and if you have previously created goals under your Starter version, you wouldn't be able to edit them anymore.

Hi @ErolY, Many thanks for your reply. Actually I have been using the free version since the beginning and never changed so far. I see that all goals except "Revenue" is not available for free version, but revenue is. Below is the screenshot that is showing how I see that it is available. Let me know if my interpretation is wrong.

Hi @ErolY is there a way for you to forward this to one of HubSpot's engineers? It seems to me that this is pretty clearly a bug in their new goal setting wizard.
