Hi, I am having issues with the reporting on my dashboard. Currently it is saying that I have sent 2 emails when I have sent at least 10 from outlook linking through the sales tool.
Is there a reason why these aren't being counted or tracked in the reports? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Are you using the Outlook Sales extension? If so, could you confirm that you're preferences are set to log and track emails? Are these emails showing up on the contact records in HubSpot?

Correct im using the sales extension which gives me a bcc email and it is showing up in hubspot on the contact/deal and company record but only not showing in reporting totals
This all looks correct and further troubleshooting would require access to your portal – since you have access to custom reports, I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support through the purple in-app widget (bottom right of the app).

Could you please specify which report you're looking at (ideally by report name or – if it's a custom report – showing a screenshot of the filter options)?
