Hubspot Error-Logging in of Activities

I'm unable to log activities on hubspot since January 17. Can someone help me on this matter. Please?

Does this relate to logging calls or notes within the CRM?

Does it relate to logging emails send via your email client?

Yes, it's about logging calls or notes within the CRM, creating deals and tasks. It has been like that since January 17 and still not resolve until now.
