Building a comprehensive dashboard for student admissions is key to evaluating recruitment performance and ensuring smooth operations. Recently, I designed a HubSpot dashboard for a group of schools to provide clear, actionable insights into their admissions process. Here’s a breakdown of the dashboard:
A gauge chart to visualize target achievement across seasonal admission campaigns, helping schools stay on track with recruitment goals.
A bar chart highlighting the value and weight of each registration, providing insights into the performance of individual recruitment efforts.
A pie chart that breaks down registration sources based on UTM parameters, allowing teams to understand which marketing channels are driving the most applicants.
Several charts showing recurring/repeated registrations, reflecting the efficiency of the tele-sales and recruitment teams in following up on all applications.
This dashboard has proven invaluable for the admissions team in measuring the quality of their efforts and ensuring optimal operational performance.
