How we can report/export the amount of contacts (like phone calls)

Hi,

 

can we report / export the amount of an contact, how often we track a Call (log activity - log a call) for each contact?

We want to measure, how often we have to contact / or the customer contact us via phone (or mail), before we close the ticket.

One more thing I forgot to mention yesterday, there is a report that can be added to your dashboard called "Call Outcomes" as well...this report tracks the result of your calls.

Hi @Achim,

 

There is a filter called "Number of Sales Activities". This will allow you to see a list of contacts and associate how many sales activities have taken place. The only issue here is that you're not going to see this broken down by activity type.

 

On "Actions" button at the top, you might want to edit the columns you see so that number of sales activities is shown. You can also export this list to a CSV file including the shown columns or all data associated with the contacts.

 

If you're on Marketing Pro, Sales Pro, or have the reporting Add-on, there are additional reports that you could use to accomplish this task that will go more in detail.

Is there an option to separate the "sales activities" by the "selected outcome" of the call activity? (e.g. to filter out all the "not reached / no answer" tries?

Hi @Achim,

 

Yes, you can do that type of a report with Marketing Pro, Sales Pro, or the Reporting Add On.

 

You would go to "Report on or Across Data Sets" and then choose Activities. From there you will be able to add Call Outcome to the report.
