How to see the lifecycle stage on a specific list

Hello

I would like to evaluate the quality of the leads from an event. The attendees have been registered in Hubspot in a specific list and a nurturing workflow is running on this list. Do you know if there is a report that shows the lifecycle stages on a specific list? Thanks!

Hi @DLeriche,

Do you have a Professional or Enterprise subscription? In that case you'd navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Custom report > Create custom report > Single object > Contacts. You can then set the Filters (upper left) to Create date is All time and List membership is any of [your event list]. Switch to the Visualization tab and you can now drag and drop Lifecycle stage and Count of Contacts into Displaying – and you should see a visualization of contacts on your list by lifecycle stage.

Without reports, your best alternative would be filtered views. Navigate to Menu > Contacts > Contacts, click More filters to filter your view by List membership is any of [your event list] and edit your columns (click Table actions) to display your lifecycle stage. You wouldn't get an analysis from this view but you'd get an impression of contacts are distributed across lifecycle stages.
