How to measure net new leads by campaign or asset?
Hi Community.
I'm looking for a solution to a reporting dilemma. Our leadership wants to see the original lead source when a prospect became a lead, but at the campaign level. Meaning beyond the medium (email, social, etc). We want to see this at the campaign (123 Webinar, or Ebook, Trial Request).
We're using a custom field called "lead source" which has posed some other issues. For instance, since it's a custom field it can be overridden whenever a user does something, therefore the value most likely isn't the "original" lead source. All ideas welcomed. See the screen image below. Note: the portion in orange represents leads with no lead source values.
