How to input "Total revenue goal" field into my report

Lmiller12
Contributor

I have inserted a picture of the report I'm working on and I can't figure out how to easily insert the "total revenue goal" part that currently states $0.00. I have gone under settings/analytics to see if I can insert it, but it looks like I have to put in a quota for every single sales rep instead of just putting in the target number we're looking to compare our closed sales to.

Please let me know if there's an easier way to do this or if I need to look at this differently.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Lmiller12. With so many places to report on oour data in HubSpot, I'm hoping this is what you're looking for. In Analytics Tool > SalesAnalytics > (Forecasts &Pipelines) Forecast Category, this report shows deal revenue by month, pipeline, rep & total.

There's also a "Quota attainment" report in there that may be helpful. That's where I'd spend my time. Hope that helps!

@Lmiller12 for some reason I can't see your attachment but one way you can get the report you want is below.

Choose an Area visualization and add close date and Amount in company currency (total) to the display.

Go to Filters

> Close Date is X

> Deal stage is any of Closed Won (in X pipeline)

Under Report Options in the top right check the boxes
> Cumulative
EITHER
>>Check Include Revenue Goal
if that doesn't work for you you can...
>>Check Include monthly report goal, then manually set that goal

Let me know if that works for you!
