How to create a report with multiple KPI's

SOLVE

I'm looking to create a KPI report showing the count of deals created, the count of deals that entered a specific stage, and the count of deals won this week compared to last week.

This default report shows the visual I'm looking to create. How do I recreate this with different data?

Hey @DavidBrown, thanks for reaching out!

As far as I know, there sadly isn't a way to build reports in a template like the default one you shared.

However, you can still absolutely create the reports you're after individually!

  • Deals created — you can do count of deals by deal create date
  • Deals that entered certain stage — you can do count of deals by "Date entered stage: [stage name]"
  • Deals closed won — you can do count of deals by close date or "Date entered stage: closed won"

You should be able to add in the desired time comparison, and you can use the "summary" display option if you just want to see the count of deals:

I know this isn't perfect, but hopefully it's helpful!!

HI Jacob,

Is there a way to show totals on a KPI card along with the individual data?  Or is there another configuration I could use to achieve this?

For example, I would like to show the total of terminations along with the number of terminations per year in the card below:
