How to create a report which shows a users individual goal performance

I'm looking to create a deal / revenue report which shows the individuals (filter by "me") deals closed and performance vs their goal. 

I have a team of 4 working from the same pipeline and each have personal goals set. 

The deals closed total vs goals report only shows the whole pipeline goal rather than the individual.

Can anyone tell me how to show the individual goal on this report?

Hi @danstutaylor ,

In the same report, add a filter Deal owner and select your resps name (check SS 1below) amd then in visulazation add the deal owner in displaying (SS 2)
