How to create a report showing meetings completed vs deals sold

SOLVE

Hi all,

I'm having trouble creating a report that shows my reps' meetings completed per month vs deals sold. Essentially, I want to understand my reps' meeting conversion rates. Any assistance would be helpful! Thank you

Hi, @RMcMinn

Do you run Sales Hub Enterprise or just Pro?
I am infering Pro for now; if you confirm Enterprise you get a faster Journey report path.

1. Enterprise route – go to Reports → Create → Customer Journey, pick Deals as data source, set Step 1 = Meeting start date is known and Step 2 = Deal stage is Closed Won; HubSpot calculates counts and % automatically (HubSpot Knowledge Base.)

2. Pro (or lower) route – open Reports → Create → Custom report, choose primary object Deals and add secondary data source Activities → Meetings; the builder let you blend both datasets (HubSpot Knowledge) Base.

3. In Metrics drag Unique count of Meeting IDs and Unique count of Deal IDs, then click Add formula and enter Deals created ÷ Meetings completed, format as %. Filter Meeting start date and Deal create date to This month (or any rolling window) so numbers align.

4. Pull Meeting organizer or Deal owner into Breakdowns to see per-rep conversion; you can also slice by Meeting type if you track discovery vs demo.

5. Switch visualization to Single number for raw counts plus conversion, or Column to trend last 12 months, then pin it to a dashboard called “Meeting → Deal Sold” and schedule a monthly email to the team.

6. There’s already a Community post “Conversion Rate meetings to deals” with same need—the accepted answer follows exactly this formula-metric approach, worth a look for extra nuance (HubSpot Community)

Hope that’s helpful.
