How to compare MTD Rev vs Goal in one report

Hi Everyone, 

We have a Sales dash that tracks swimline rev, against goal but we're looking to add a summary page at the top. 

Does anyone know how to use a KPI report to show the  MTD Revenue Closed Vs MTD Goal and the % variance up/down?
