How to change email address in the "From" field in Sequence


Hey guys, I've read a similar post but did not find a solution to my problem.


I've created a sequence for my team members to use, however, when one of my colleagues tries to send out the Sequence from his own hubspot account, the "from" email list only contain my email address instead of his. This hasn't happened in sequences I've created for other colleagues before. Has anyone experienced the same problem and found a solution?

Are you still experiencing this issue, can you please share screenshots of what you are seeing, along with the email address of the user experiencing this issue? You are correct that you should be able to choose a different email address when enrolling the contact in the sequence.
