How to build a report to show stale Deals? (Stuck in a stage for a while)

Hey all,

 

I was wondering how to go about creating a report to show our leads that haven't moved from one stage in the sales funnel to another in a while. Just looking to get a basic display of why some deals haven't been moved along the funnel.

Hi @McBainKD ,

 

If you use the deal cards view you should already be able to see inactive cards grayed out. That's a built-in HS feature...

 You can customize how that feature behaves (or turn it on if you're not currently seeing it) under Board Actions > Edit Cards.

There you can turn the feature on and set how many days should trigger the card turning gray...

If you're instead looking for an actual report to put on a dashboard you could try customizing the "Deal time spent in each stage" report in the HubSpot Report LIbrary...

Joseph,

Thanks for pointing me to the report.
I'm looking to build a rolling date range, of maybe a week to a  couple of weeks to a month to find deals that are still in a particular stage and have been for a while.

Let me know if that's customizable or if that's something different altgoether.
