How to activate the csv file attachment in share reportings?

Hello Everyone, 

I have a quick Question: after creating a report i want to use the recurring email functionality to emial the report to our BI team. They need it as csv file but for me the file attachment section in the report is greyed out. How can I activate this functionality?

I'm super admin for the account and currently my email is set as recipient for the report. 

Hovering over the tooltip shows me this:

So I guess this feature isn't live yet? 😢

But there I can't find anymore information on this. It also only says there: "choose the file format with the dropdown"

@PZimathies what type of the report are you trying? Single object report or custom report builder?

As you found in the tool tip, not all report types are supported yet.

I created a custom report based on the contact object and EMail sending. So I guess this doesn't work. 

Hmm that's a shame. But then we need to look for other options to get the data.

Do you have export permissions and do the recipients as well? This would be my first hypothesis. In this case, you would have adjust the permissions: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/manage-user-permissions

If you hover your mouse over the grayed out field or the (i) you might see a tool tip / explanation.
