How to Track and Analyze Deal Conversions in HubSpot following A Store Visit?

SOLVE

We want to track our store visit conversions. Currently, we have a deal tag for store visits, which is applied when our manager visits a store. We want to see a report that shows how effective these store visits are, specifically looking at the movement of deal stages following a visit. Is this possible with HubSpot?

How to Track and Analyze Deal Conversions in HubSpot following A Store Visit?

Hi @Isabel_c,

 

As long as you have the store visit documented on the deal record, ideally in a custom property, you can create a custom funnel report: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-new-custom-funnel-reports

 

This custom funnel report allows you to see the conversion rate between deal stages. The approach here would be to create two separate versions of this funnel report:

  1. Deals where the store visit property is yes
  2. Deals where the store visit property is no

You can then easily compare how these deals progress through their stages and whether one type has a higher likelihood of closing.

 

To set up these reports, add your deal stages as steps to the left and then apply the filter for store visit / no store visit in the "All deals" dropdown:
