How to Report Weekly Contacts Created by Custom Source in Starter Plan?

Hi everyone,

I’m on HubSpot Starter and need to create a weekly report showing contacts created, broken down by a custom source property. Since I can’t use custom reports and the default "Original traffic Source" report doesn’t reflect this property, is there a workaround to track or segment this data?

Hi @Faisal_Nawaz,

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but in the Starter subscription tier it's not possible to create custom reports based on custom properties. I'm not aware of any workarounds either. You would have to upgrade to Professional or report on this outside of HubSpot by exporting the data.
