How do I report on deals by stage using a custom property?

I'd like to create a dashboard in Hubspot that reports on the total number of deals by stage filtered by location (I have two showrooms that are listed as a custom contact property which I'd like to use as the filter)

Is this possible or would I be better having two pipelines for each showroom? If so, can you view these as a combined report?

There may be a way to do combined reports with the custom feature but the easiest way would be to create two pipelines/active lists as filters and have a two col. dashboard with each pipeline having it's own col.

I'm currently using the starter growth suite. Would I need the reporting add-on to do this?
