I need to create a report which visualises the deals we have closed, but we have three different reasons why these were closed, so can these all be added?

@JSamuel85 if you add a filter for the 'Pipeline stage' that corresponds to closed lost, you should still see the lost deals. Also make sure to adjust the date filter in the top left corner, it's currently set to this quarter.

@JSamuel85 you're almost there, simply add a report filter for pipeline stage and select the corresponding closed lost stage. Then go to the Visualization tab, choose your visualization and add the lost reason property to the chart. Save the report and repeat the steps for the two other lost fields.
If that's not working, please point out the exact step you're getting stuck at.

@JSamuel85 click the blue hyperlinked "Data step" in the bottom left corner, then find your first of the three lost reason properties. Then, once it shows up, drag and drop the property and "Count of deals" into the "Displaying" area and choose you're preferred chart type.

@JSamuel85 these are default properties from HubSpot to capture how long a deal has spent in a stage. In your first post, you focused on this: 'we have three different reasons why these were closed' - what are the names of the properties corresponding to these reasons? These are the ones you'd have to look up. If I misunderstood your request, could you rephrase what exactly you'd like to visualize?

If you want a chart, this would have to be three separate reports - which you can then place on a dashboard side by side.
If you want all in one report, the only option would be a table visualisation, unsummarized - showing the name of each company and then the three columns corresponding to the three properties.

@JSamuel85 in the top left corner, under Filters, you can specify a filter for Pipeline. Once applied, the report will only show deals from that pipeline.
