How do I change the fields that are displayed when clicking on a dashboard?

lösung

When you mouse over a chart displayed on a dashboard, and click, up pops a view called "Report details."  I want to customize what is shown in this view.

I have added some properties to the Data step while setting up the dashboard.  They show up in the "Report details," but so do others.  They apprear to be "defaulted,"  Is it possible to control what is displayed in the "Report details?"

Hi @golfpromal,

You're correct, in this Report details pop up, HubSpot shows the columns selected during the data step. HubSpot will include some default properties here depending on the object and report type which can't be removed.

For me, it's usually one additional column. If you feel strongly about being able to remove that, you could submit a request in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. The product team reviews these suggestions

Hi @golfpromal ,

Yes, this property is by default and there isn't any way to change it. Although seems like a good idea that we should be able to customize what we see in the report details. You can put this in community ideas. HubSpot product team review these ideas and work on them.

Hope this helps!

It seems to be impossible to remove columns when using a metric report on a Dashboard. I have 3 extra columns I don't need and can't remove them. There seems to be very little flexiblity to be able to remove columns when using summarised data with a metric unfortunately. I can share some use cases with a HubSpot Product Owner if needed. There are many who need this flexibilty 🙏🏻
