Using the filters in a report, how do I filter for the max date? We bring our contract data into a custom object from a different system, and one company may have several contracts opened at the same time. I want to return the contract with the greatest date.
As far as I know, it's not possible to in HubSpot reports to show data on relative measures (e.g. out of all records associated with another record, only show the one with the maximum value).
I'd recommend creating a pivot table in the custom report report builder (Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Custom report builder). Visualize your Company name in the first row, the contract date as a second row and the count of contracts in the third row. You can then sort the second row by value (descending). You're still seeing all contract dates but the "oldest" one will always be at the top.
Best regards!
