The easiest way to do this would be to go to your Deals Dashboard, view it as a Table, and add a filter set to " Close Date is This Month". Your deal value should be shown in one of the columns, but if not...it can be added.
If you're looking for deals of a specific value, you can also add a filter based on the deal value.

Help creating a report showing deals due to close by Month
SOLVE
I am really surprised this isn't a core report? I don't know any sales manager who doesn't view "deals closing by month" as the one essential report he needs? The whole point of managing a pipeline is to assess how my future months look in terms of likely business.
Has there been more progress on this since the discussion here?
It is possible to create a report that pulls in deals that are set to close this month and show the value of those deals. You will have to have the ability to create custom reports, which will depend on the level of HubSpot you are using or available add ons. Do you have HubSpot Marketing Pro, Sales Pro, or the Reporting Add-on?
