@SMiles8 I know the new UI is a bit sneaky the moment you tick a check-box HubSpot swaps the top bar from Table actions to Bulk actions, and that second bar no longer shows Export.
Here’s the simple way around it:
• Skip the check-boxes altogether. First open a filtered view that already shows only the contacts you want (e.g. search the client name, then click Save view → Private).
• In the upper-right corner of the table, hit Table actions › Export view (three-dot “Export” button on older layouts). HubSpot will package everything in that view into a CSV/XLS without you selecting any rows.
If Export view is missing entirely, that usually means: – Your user lost the Export permission (ask a Super Admin to toggle it back on under Settings › Users & Teams). – Or you’re in a board/kanban layout; switch to list view and the export button re-appears.
Need just a handful of lines? Keep using bulk select, but click Actions › Export from the new bar that appears after you tick — HubSpot only shows that option if fewer than 200 records are selected; once you hit Select all it hides again (odd, but documented).
From what I know these are the only quirks; once you use view-level export the file lands in email + notification bell in seconds and you’re good.
Hope this helps.

So before - I would tick the box thst the cursor's highlighted over in the screenshot below
And then, it used to allow me to 'select all contacts' - as per the below
But as you'll see in the second screenshot - once I've ticked that box, 'export' disappears. That didn't use to happen.
You've mentioned filters - but I'm not sure what filters I should be applying here? I just want to select all of those records and click 'export' like I used to.
Or - is it now that if I just click 'export' from the first screenshot, without ticking any names - it will export them all?
