Hi folks! Looking for some help with building out dashboards for our Sales leadership and Sales team individual contributors. I am pretty happy with what we have thus far, but I am trying to create a visual for the team to see team progress towards revenue goal and then individual progress as well broken out by $ closed and % to goal (ideally in the same report). There are great reporting options in Goals and Forecasting that display what I am looking for, but it doesn't seem that I can replicate these in a custom report so I can drop it on a dash.
Here is a SFDC visual of what we are looking to replicate in our Hubs dashboards:
Any thoughts on the best way to accomplish this? BTW we have the Pro Bundle at the moment.
Some of this could be accomplished, but at this time it would be primarily custom reports vs reports directly correlating with the goals tool.
KPI/Gauge Reports - These can be created in HubSpot. You would set the ranges of where the red, yellow, green indicators are and then identify the properties that count toward the KPI (Bookings, Pipeline.
Bookings by region - You could get most of the way there with a pivot report, with the exception of the region %.
The Pipeline by Source, Next 4 Quarters could mostly be accomplished with a pie chart. It wouldn't look exactly like what you have in your screenshot, but close.
In summary, most if this is possible, but not directly from the goals reporting tool.
