Goal tracking from multiple pipelines

Hi we would like to track Goals for our sales reps, however they are working in multiple pipelines, how can we do this?

Hi @JStenbaek,

Goals can only be created for one pipeline. You can find a step by step instruction here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-goals

 

Currently, there aren't any options for combined goals across multiple timelines. You'd have to either consolidate the pipelines or create one goal for each pipeline.

 

It would be a nice feature to be able to create goals across pipelines. The HubSpot Ideas section of the community is where you would suggest that. The product team reviews these suggestions: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

Hey @JStenbaek,

 

So, there are numerous ways to track the goals of your sales rep.

 

The best way is to track the activity of your sales rep is to track the properties updated by them within HubSpot.

 

For example, you want to track the call activity done by your sales executives in this case you can create a cross report for activity and contacts.

Now what you got to do is add a filter that'll show you contacts that have been called. Lastly, you can also filter on the basis of time like monthly, weekly, or daily activity.
