Funnel Reports - dates per stage (creating a lag report)

Hi Hubspot Community. 

We need to create a report on Hubsport that looks at how long and what the conversion rate is for when deals move from one stage to another on Hubspot.

Currently I have a report set up but I am getting stuck on creating it to look at things with a lag: what I am not able to do is look at Stage one, ie prospect and all deals that had the stage updated to prospect in a certain week and then look at the second stage I want to review ie Demo/Meeting schedule stage but look at that stage update over a two weeks period. 

In other words I want to see all prospects that were created from 28 Sep to 04 October and how many of those prospects moved to demo/meeting scheduled over a two week period 28 Sep to 11th of Nov, is there a way to do this?

@MAbramson you would do so under the "All deals" dropdown right below your highlight.

 

Here, you would have to go with a deal list as a filter, as filter options are not as fleshed out here.

 

In the list tool, you would create a deal list, filtering for:

 

Entered stage date A is within desired date range and Entered stage date B is unknown

OR

Entered stage date A is within desired date range and Entered stage date B is within desired date range

 

Once you have the list, you can use it as a filter in the funnel report.

Hi @MAbramson,

 

You can approach this using report filters, using the deal properties Entered stage date [Stage ID]: the date the deal entered the stage.

 

HubSpot does not have a built-in feature that would let you create cohorts or lag as you described, you would have to specify it through report filters and the date properties for each stage you want to narrow down.

Thanks so much for your prompt response!

 

So were I am getting stuck is where do I add a date filter for each stage of the funnel?

I can only see an option to add one date selection as per the below screen shot that looks like it would apply to all stages of the funnel:
