Funnel Conversions with 2 pipelines

Hi 

We're struggling to get an overview of our funnel conversions as we're using 2 pipelines: a deal pipeline with prospects (sales pipeline) and a deal pipeline with customers (customer pipeline). 

Every closed deal gets assigned to the customer pipeline, which results in us not being able to track conversions of closed deals. As they're not in the current 'sales pipeline' anymore. 

Is there a way around this, in other dashboard we track everyting from deals that have a '1' as probability or 'Closed Won' is 'Yes'. But for funnel reports we can't select 2 pipelines to track every deal. 

Is there a solution for this? Ideally we track funnel conversion of both pipelines in 1 dashboard. (And with filters we can make better visualizations).

Hi @TDhondt,

 

If you mean that you'd like to track conversion rates of deals that move from one pipeline to another, then no, this is not possible. Generally, HubSpot expects deals to stay within one pipeline and this is also a requirement for reporting, as you already noticed.

 

As far as workarounds go, you could either include all stages within one pipeline (so that they don't have to move between pipelines) or create a new deal in the second pipeline after a deal closes in the first pipeline. In any case, you won't be able to see conversion rates for one deal across/between pipelines. This is unfortunately not possible.
