Forecast Probability

Hi! Why did HubSpot get rid of Forecast Probabilities? It looks like there has been a recent update that means the forecasting probability is now based on the deal pipeline stage. Is the forecasting tool now only using the deal stage probability?

On the upside, there is now only one place to set a pipleine stage probability for both regular reports and sales analytics etc. On the downside, there is now some abiguity about how forcast aount is calculated  (at least for those of us who grappled with the problem before July 19th) based on deal probability and forecast probability. 

Overall - positive kudos to the produdt team for taking on feedback about this feature!

Yes, before using the forecast tool, you have to set up the forecast deals amount. More infor here.
