Filters and reporting on Activity

I need to know if I can run a filter that separates out last activity by user?  The issue is that both me and my colleague have amended records on a specific day, but we do different jobs, and I need to follow up with the companies she has contacted, but am not sure how to filter out just the ones she has changed and not include all of mine as well?  I hope that makes sense?
