Filter same Manager

I'm trying to create a list of contacts. I have many customers but many of them have the same manager. I want to be able to filter the list to just see the managers of the people who haven't made progress with our program. So I can email just the managers with those low-performing customers. 

I need an active list of managers of certain customers. When I make a list of the customers I need to contact, I can see the managers. But I don't want to see the same manager listed a bunch of times as I only need to contact them once for the people who aren't doing our program. 

Is there a way to do that?

I'm not sure if I'm understanding your request correctly. "I don't want to see the same manager listed a bunch of times" – this should not be happening, HubSpot deduplicates contacts by email address and they should only show up once.

Could you share some additional context?

• When you say customer are you referring to contact or company record?
• How do you track whether a contact is a manager or not?
• Could you share a screenshot of your list filters and why they're not working as expected?
