I'm trying to create a list of contacts. I have many customers but many of them have the same manager. I want to be able to filter the list to just see the managers of the people who haven't made progress with our program. So I can email just the managers with those low-performing customers.
I need an active list of managers of certain customers. When I make a list of the customers I need to contact, I can see the managers. But I don't want to see the same manager listed a bunch of times as I only need to contact them once for the people who aren't doing our program.
I'm not sure if I'm understanding your request correctly. "I don't want to see the same manager listed a bunch of times" – this should not be happening, HubSpot deduplicates contacts by email address and they should only show up once.
Could you share some additional context?
When you say customer are you referring to contact or company record?
How do you track whether a contact is a manager or not?
Could you share a screenshot of your list filters and why they're not working as expected?
Best regards
