I need to report on the number of new qualified meetings generated per quarter. These includes all SQLs with lead status equalling 'in progress'. Now the challenge is that these contacts could have become SQLs in the previous quarter and agreed to take a meeting only in the current quarter. If I create a filter 'became a SQL after...' such SQLs will be excluded from the count. Is there a possiblity to filter according to 'became a [lead status = in progress]? It's not one of the standard filters HS offers. Thanks for your help,
HubSpot does not automatically maintain a "Became a [lead status] date" property. However, with contact-based workflows, you could set up workflows to maintain such a date property. (You'd have to create a custom date property for each date and a workflow each which enrolls contacts when they hit a certain status. The workflow would then set the date property to the date of the step.)
Regarding your report, could you specify what exactly you'd like to achieve? Are meetings logged as HubSpot meetings? If so, you could create a report in the report builder (Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Custom report builder) and select Sales activities as primary data source, Contacts as additional data source.
You would then set report filters for "Became a sales qualified lead date is known", "Activity type is any of Meeting". You would then visualize the "Count of sales activities" by "Activity date" and choose a quartlery visualization. I'm not sure how the lead status fits into this, however. If it should be included, please provide more context.
