Error with Google Sheets Marketplace Integration

We've connected Google Sheets and HubSpot but aren't able to get access when trying to create a workflow. 

Please advise how to best fix this error message.

Thanks for the article - unfortunately neither of those are the case in this instance.

Same here. I have Google Sheets installed and we use it elsewhere, but it stopped working in Workflows. We get the same error.
