Engaged Contact report

Hello, 

do you know if it's possible to create a report that sum all engagement a contact would have 

 

I am constantly tasking myself to follow up on contact, but sometimes I miss creating a task and notice later that this contact engaged a ton and It felt from my radar. 

 

So I love a report showing on the past year who are my most 100 engaged contact. I'm interested to know the one who click on a link, watch a video, read the blog.... Do you know if it's possible?

Happy to help out here. From what you’re describing, it sounds a lot like Lead Scoring that you want to do. 

 

Since these signals that you and many other businesses would like to check and maybe even report on are very individual to the industry and business, you have to tell HubSpot how to score each one of them.

This knowledge base article describes how to set something up like this in HubSpot

There is also something called Predictive Scoring within HubSpot. It’s an enterprise feature but if you have access this might also be worth exploring
