Email tracking

SOLVE

Hi, my email tracking is not working. 

 

I am not getting notifications of email opens.

 

Also, On the activity feed, it is only registering sent emails, but not any email opens (i have done several test sending emails to myself also etc)

Hi @DamsBeau. Can you share some details on your set-up? 

  • Which HubSpot tool/tier are you using? (Sales Hub CRM Free? Starter? Pro? )
  • Which email extension do you use? Gmail or Outlook? Office 365? 
  • In your email, is everything turned on to log and track automatically?
