No, unfortunately not. The Starter tier does not have access to custom reports and even if they did, there aren't any native options to display the body of the message in a custom report as far as I know.

To start here, it indeed appears like you would need to upgrade to a Professional subscription to utilize custom reporting, like @karstenkoehler has noted . Like seen in this guide here, we can use the 'custom report builder' to create reports based on marketing emails. However, regardless of your subscription I haven't found a way to filter by the 'body' of marketing emails. If you were to looking to filter for specific emails, then you could do so by filtering the 'email name' or utilize any other identifying filters that are available. Though for now there is not currently a filter that will allow us to filter by the 'body' of marketing emails.
With this in mind, I do see how this could be super helpful to have this functionality and would recommend posting this in our ideas forums!
