Dear HS users
In Hubspot, I have 10000 contacts, 3000 companies and also important in my case the number of wind turbines each company owns.
If a company has 5000 wind turbines and I only have 2 contacts from that company I would like to see that.
My own little KPI
I would like to create a list/dashboard with my own KPI that would be the number of wind turbines and divided by the number of contacts. Those with higher numbers are than those I should try to include more contacts.
In various size ranges
The more turbines an owner have the more benefit they can get from my services. This is true to a certain degree. But if I would create just one long list those with 100 or 500 turbines will maybe be lost.
I would then like to create several lists to have the following range for each list:
100 - 200
201-400
401-600
...etc
So, as an example how do I create a list for companies who have 100-200 turbines where I can see my KPI i.e. # of turbines divided with the númber of contacts I have for that company in Hubspot? The second question would then be how I add this in dashboards.

Hi @Tumbleweed,
You can accomplish your KPI using a calculated property at the company level. There is a default property called "Associated Contacts". You can use this and divide by the number of turbines.
Once you have the calculated value, you can add a report to your dashboard using whatever variables you would like.
You can also track the ranges as you discussed for companies using an active list. As long as you have the number of turbines stored, you can use those values and say, number of turbines is equal or greater than 100 and equal to or less than 200. As you change the value for the number of turbines, that company will move to different lists. These can also be added to dashboards as reports. You can create a report from any type of list by going to the list, choosing actions, and then "Create a Report".
I hope this helps!
