When under Deals and clicking Options >> Create Report:

If you don't have the paid Marketing Hub product, this link generates a page with an endless loading message:

Can the product team insert some sort of prompt saying you need the Marketing Hub for that?  Thx.

Hi @Kmoloo That link isn't related to a paid marketing hub, but instead the Reporting Add-On, which can be activated from either the marketing or sales hubs. Find out more about the Reporting Add-On and activate a 10-day free trial here.  The window should resolve to a pop-up (screen-shot below) that includes a video and sign-up form for the free trial. 

If these aren't available, there may be a browser extension that is blocking the pop-up from fully loading. Can you check in either an Incognito or other browser?

Interestingly, this Hub ID has the reporting add-on and had it at the time of my post.  However, now, when trying to perform the same reporting creation, the link works properly and takes me to a customization screen.

So, it's working now, thanks.
