I want you to create a custom report in HubSpot we use HubSpot MarketingHub and SalesHub professional. The report that I want to build is for,
Let me give you real example of our use case using the exact name stages in our pipeline.
Sales Pipeline with following stages.
Initial
Call Back Customer
Site Visit Scheduled
Site Visit Done
Booked
Not Interested
So in a quarter we want to measure the deals that got converted from Initial to Site Visit Done. Here note it might happen that if 100 deals are created out of which 20 got into Site Visit Done Stage and towards the end of the quarter it might happen of those 20 Site visit done deals few of them have moved to Not Interested stage. However I want to show case the actual number of deals that went through Site Visit Done Stage in a quarter and this is in single report. The rows and columns that I need in the report are.
Rows that should be in the report is
Deal Owners - This will show all the deal owners.
Columns -
Number of Deals Created in a quarter
Number of Site Visit Done Deals - This should show up the number of deals from the specified quarter that went through site visit done stage.
Booked - This should show the count of deals that got Booked in the quarter.
Not Interested- This should show the count of deals that got Not Interested in the quarter.
Let me know if this kind of report can be created in single report or if there's any other way to show the same.
It's not possible to visualise this as a table with freely chosen columns. This means that you would have to either create one report for each sales rep or use dashboard filters to filter on the go.
If deals skip stages n your typical process, don't forget to mark the skipped stages as optional.
Best regards

@AJ_Kakrot then the table as part of the funnel report is still your best option, if I understand you correctly. A regular table report will only show you the current stage if deals, not which stages they were in within the date range.
