Deal total $ not properly reflected

I use CRM free version.

Goal - to have a dashboard report reflect accurate totals.

My deals do not get an amount until they go to a custom stage called "to be shipped". Then the amount is entered in bulk for $1.00. As these are samples, it is a quick way to calculate total sent. 

For this report - Deal Forcast I am using quarter and show the entire quarter.  My close date is June 30. as this is a Sunday, I changed it to June 28 and get the same results. Two, not 18 are showing. 

Any suggestions appreciated.

@jennysowyrda HI Jenny, HubBot directed me to Samantha who solved my issue. Percentage to close was at 10%. In order to reflect it needed to be changed to won.  The other complication is I am using $1 as an amount as the product is a sample.
