Deal Status

Is there a way to run a report that shows the current status of deals. All the reports I can see show deals that have GONE thru deal stages. It counts all of the deals that have gone thru a stage. 

What i require is the one report that shows a count number of deals currentlly in a stage

The deal status report is SUPER limited. We had to make one for every little thing we wanted to see as Won, Loss or Open. You can only use the Deal status on a Single Object report not a Custom. 

For example: We wanted to break our Deal status down by engagement sources and thats just not possible.

I have been searching for a way to figure out how to be able to use "Deal Status" in a custom report. I truly wish we could use it in other reporting options.

Hi @AHinds,

Sure, navigate to Menu > Reporting > Reports > My reports > Create report > Single object > Deals, switch into the Visualization tab, then drag and drop Count of Deals and Deal stage into the Displaying area. Under Filters, make sure to adjust the date range to your liking. That should be it.
