Deal Stage History Reporting


Is it possible to report on the history of deal stages to see where our frequent drop off points are? I ideally want to flag the deal stage which was before "Closed Lost" to then allow me to figure out which deal stage needs improving. 


I can see this by looking into each deal itself but is there a way of doing this in mass for all deals in one report?

I'm not sure if you're using Sales Pro or not, but there is a nice funnel report that should accomplish what you are looking for. The one I'm specifically thinking is the "Deal Stage Funnel".

We need the same report, and I was just told that HS can't provide it -- we have to look into each deal individually to see what the stage was before being lost. PLEASE put more reporting tools in HubSpot!!!

this does not help for the given case.


A report having "Counts of deals" and "Last stage before Closed Lost" would be of great help - then also filtered by every AE, to really see which AE has their biggest problems in which phase of the funnel. 


This "Last stage before closed Lost" would really be of great help as an report for our sales dashboard.
