Deal KPI Report

Hi,

I'm seeking help to set up report to track time in Deal stage:

- Time to close a deal

- Time from contract sign (close deal) to subscription

- Number of touchpoints (incl. call, meeting, email etc) to close a deal

Hi @SCheung ,

- You can create a report with the deal property 'close date' to determine on which date the deal was closed. Check SS: https://prnt.sc/1b02u2i
-to track time from close deal to subscription, there isn't any native provision for that, but you can create a contact property Subscription date with calendar field type and use that in your report.
-you cannot have a report that tells you the touchpoint of a particular report. check SS: https://prnt.sc/1b05cx9
Rather you can have all the calls/meetings/email activities done by a rep.
